I was having serious eye allergy problems, so Dr. Greenbaum prescribed some eye drops for me to use. The eye drops gave me an allergic reaction (hives), so I stopped using them and called his office immediately to try to find out what else I could use for the allergies and get another prescription. First of all, the receptionist did not take me seriously at all. Second, I did not get a call back. I called the office again a few days later and Greenbaum said there was nothing he could do.
