Dr Alka was so nice and quick. I needed a procedure done and I expressed my concerns and she took great care and tended to my needs. Jamie was my nurse that called me in and was so sweet and made me very calm. She listened to my concerns as well and reassured me that Dr Alka would do what she can to help me. Thank you ladies. I really appreciated it. The office was exceptionally clean with social distancing and masks all being worn by all the staff. I am a new patient here and they were able to squeeze me in. I would highly recommend Lake America as a primary.

If any one ever needs a Great Family Doctor Dr. Alka is the best you can get. She is caring, compassionate, and she knows almost everything. we found this great doctor with the help of Healthgrades, and we are very happy finding we found this doctor. If I could give her 6 stars I would.

I've been seeing Dr. Alka Aggarwal for more than 2 years. The wait times are short and she will spend time with you in the exam room, but I find her bedside manner to be poor. At every appointment she has been terribly condescending about my opinions or lifestyle, including things unrelated to my health. If I had questions she'd answer them curtly with no further discussion or elaboration. Her nutritional recommendations during 2 of my last 3 appointments were contradictory and confusing. I've never walked out of my appointments feeling great about the visit but the final straw was when I walked out of my last appointment feeling like my concerns were marginalized or ignored entirely. I sought a second opinion with another physician and it was a vastly different experience. The second physician ran a diagnostic test to rule out my concerns and explained her thought process and treatment plan thoroughly. Most importantly, I was listened to and not patronized.

Very bad experience. I don't know what is going on but today Dr. Alka was very rude and screaming like a uneducated. Dr Amit is great person very kind but his wife Dr Alka is very rude. patient comes to your office to ease their pain and to be feel good when you treat elderly people with rudeness is very sad.

I have been going to Dr. Aggarwal for over 2 years and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Dr. Her staff has gone above and beyond to help me and they always make sure I have all the information and anything else I need. My wait time has never been longer than 10 minutes and a lot of times less than that. Dr. Aggarwal herself will take her time and answer any questions I have. She never hurries through the exam.

The very first appointment I had, I left very unhappy. The P.A. was not friendly at all , I can't imagine why she would choose that career in the field when she's not good with people I had no intention of ever going back. However, the Dr and I sat together a couple days after and she informed me this P.A no longer worked the there and apologized . I've continued going to her and glad I do. She is so wonderful. She talks to me like a old friend, making me comfortable and I really listened to.
