It was difficult to get in touch with the office regarding a prescription she prescribed me. The pharmacy tried multiple times to reach her, I left multiple messages and even spoke with her secretary during office hours. The pharmacy only got the information they needed 6 weeks after the prescription was sent to them because they (and myself) had trouble reaching her office. It is such a shame because she is a kind and helpful doctor.

I consulted Dr. Cool about 2 years ago. She examined me carefully and accurately diagnosed me as having psoriasis. This accomplishment may not sound like much, but it was, because another dermatologist I had been seeing for years had misdiagnosed me completely. Dr. Cool treated me and my condition improved a lot. I am going to see her again in a week for a checkup and to renew my medication or try another medication. Dr. Cool is a warm person! She is very intelligent and conscientious.

The woman working at the front desk was so rude towards me I didn't even want to see the Dr. From the moment I walked in she was extremely unpleasant and I ended up just walking out. I have a unique health insurance policy where they send a check for the co-pay after the appointment and instead of calling my insurance company to verify this, she treated me as if I was lying. I've never experienced something like this and hope to never have to again.
