Dr. Cabrera is a great doctor for Multiple Sclerosis, the staff at her office is horrible. There is not enough staff and they never answer the phone. Been going to this office for a few years now and will have to change doctors because the staff is so inefficient and rude.

I did not have a good experience with Cabrera. I suffer with chronic daily migraines. I had about 5 visits. Cabrera was always in a rush with me. She did not take time to answer questions or explore other treatments. At the time, she was giving me Botox injections in my head and neck. She didn't bother to use a numbing agent before the injections. When I complained to her, she didn't even respond or seem to care. I hope she doesn't treat anyone else the way she treated me

In the beginning it was a slow start, not enough staff, could never speak to anyone live but it in the last year there have been many changes with the staff and all for the better. Everyone is so courteous and professional yet you still feel like your part of the family. Everyone knows your name and ask how you feel and genuinely mean it. I'm not just the migraine patient but I'm a person to them. I have recommended them to many family and friends who now see Dr. Cabrera as well.

in Apopka, FL |
won't actually look at your mri. only reads the report. dismisses your concerns and gets mad when you ask her questions. look for a better doctor to trust with your brain. completely misdiagnosed me. wait time in office one hour per visit each time.

Dr Cabrera is a very nice lady and good doctor.....but her staff needs to be educated when it comes to attitude specially the receptionist..

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING I called with Urgent medication issues , horrifying side effects and after 9 calls no one returned them. I was admit to the hospital and have been out now 4 days and after a total of seven days , no one has called. The hospital staff had to take me off the meds they prescribed , I could have had a stroke and no one would even know it.
Orlando, FL |
She's a great doctor, however she doesn't hire enough staff to compensate her work load. They forget appointments, refills, paperwork and never call you back. She needs to hire 2 more office staff, especially in a field this sensitive to health. The last appointment, she was tripled book and I didn't get to see her. I saw her nurse. 3 hours waiting. One time I had to physically go over there to make an appointment because no one called me back after 3 messages.

I waited 3 months for a appointment to see Dr Cabrera . The previous dr was extremely rude and didn't care about his patients. Dr. Cabrera is genuine ,confident, forthright, humane and empathetic!!!! I never feel rushed when I am in with her. The office manager is very professional and has alway provided excellent service!!!
Waited for over an hour and a half. Very rude staff.Dr. Cabrera is proficient but her practice will suffer because of the staff issues.
