Nothing about helping patient-all about $. My current rhumetologist told me I basically sent Dr. Chu's son to college. Currently off all meds and pain free. The difference a good doctor could make. Would NEVER trust her or her referrals again.

Dr. Chu is amazing. I've been a patient for a very long time. She's all a doctor should be. New medicine mixed with old world medicine and a good listener. The only downfall lately is the Staff. The office manager Evee is the greatest. Now if the rest of the office staff could follow it would be a complete package. They are inconsistent with messages and forget about pharmacy. One day they will be on the other end and will see how it feels. Without the patients they wouldn't have a job.

Worst experience ever! She is not considerate, 0 care for her patients. My mother has been suffering with rheumatoid arthritis. At first visit, Dr Chu did not explain her opinion of her condition, she just gave an injection without even sanitizing with alcohol. Second visit Dr was upset at my father who complained of the Dr's inattentive behavior towards my mom and started yelling at the elderly couple and told them never to come back. Crazy... my faith in humanity has been challenged.

WARNING!!!!!!!! Stay away from this doctor's office at all cost. I am totally disgusted and shocked at the level of incompetence and disrespectfulness from the staff to the doctor. I will NEVER/EVER go back to this doctor, even if they paid me. Absolutely, no consideration for patients concern and health from the treatments that had more or less adverse side-effects than remedies. Please make sure to absorb this negative comment and spread it to as many people as possible!!!!!!!!

Was a patient for close to 20 years; like others have said, put up with rude and incompetent staff, ridiculously long waiting times (more than an hour) and overbooking of appointments. Twice waited over an hour and the doctor wasn't even in yet for appointments that started 9:00am and walks in at 10:00am. Not professional at all.

One of the worst clinics, the staff is beyond rude. Always late with everything and never apologises for anything. Keeps putting the blame on her patients and discusses people's sensitive information out in the corridor, where everyone can hear it. I'm happy I found a rheumatolist elsewhere even if it's further from where I live.

I like her because she is very knowledgeable and even though she is not from my network and completely out of my area. I have been very patient for years for all the mistakes her staff have done, not to mention that you have to wait for the doctor over an hour past your appointment time. However, her staff is very rude and unprofessional except her PAs and Angel (phlebotomist) who is an angel and very nice guy. All the mistakes they make, they blame the patient. Over and over I saw many patient

One of the worst clinics to treat rheumatism. They charge 1$ per paper copy if you want to get your file. The doctor is ignorant and does not take your concerns into consideration. People avoid this at all cost! They keep pushing contraceptics even if you say that it doesn't work for you. Whenever you want to get an appoinment or request an inquiry on your test results, the doctor is unavailable. There are many places in NY that will work for you. They worsened my condition don't let it happen

Dr. Chu's Ft Lee office feels like a factory. Overbooks appts so patients wait an hour to see her for 5 mins- and she is strict about those 5 mins. On my last visit, she literally just left the exam room without saying anything so I had no idea that we were done. She doesn't seem to care about her patients or their experience with her. Why force ppl to wait 1 hr in the office just to go over blood test results? Hard for the elderly to wait there for long periods of time. No kindness or respect.

The staff kept my mother waiting for 3 hours the only reason she was called in was because the Dr realized she was there waiting. There was no apology from anyone. She was also hospitalized for becoming anemic and the Dr failed to recognize the tren, treat or recommend she see someone for treatment. The Dr and the office are substandard at best.

I love Dr Chu!!! Not only did she catch a diagnosis for me, that several doctors had missed, but, she really cares about improving my health. She has also been willing to work with the various insurance companies that I've had in the past two years, (no small feat!). Honestly, the thing I like best about her is that it feels like we are in partnership to improve my health. She respects my concerns and answers my questions thoroughly and is very generous. (And a seriously snazzy dresser!!)

She diagnosed me with Lupus 2 years ago and I haven't seen her since. I have only seen her physician's assistant; Who is very nice, but has done nothing at all to help me. The front desk staff is completely incompetent and rude. I have called four times for them to send me my medical records and they still haven't sent them. This last time I called they told me they couldn't find my chart. Are you serious? I'm there every 4 months and you can't find my chart?? I'm done with this practice
