Dr. Baaj is an excellent doctor and surgeon. His kind, compassionate and straight forward demeanor is backed up by excellent credentials and experience. He inspires trust and confidence. I am lucky that he performed my ACDF surgery, and he made the whole process as calm and stress free as possible. He has a fantastic team supporting him, who supplement the care you receive directly from him. I highly recommend this surgeon and his team.

I originally went to Dr Baaj for a second opinion. After meeting him and discussing procedure I canceled the first surgeon to go with Dr Baaj. Three months after my surgery l’m certain I made the right decision

I was given an immediate appointment after sending in my MRI Dr Baaj is everything in a surgeon I hoped he would be. Kind, compassionate and made me feel very comfortable with his opinion regarding my condition and need for a posterior cervical surgery, which will be my first surgery with him but my third cervical surgery, and hopefully my last. I feel confident in his skills as a surgeon as well as his desire to truly help me. Surgery is the end of March.

Dr. Baaj is a lifesaver, having successfully operated on me on two separate occasions. On both occasions, Dr. Baaj was responsive, thoughtful, and approachable, explaining the procedures and options available to me in words that I could understand. He is supported by a wonderful staff who really care about your well being. Dr. Baaj is a gifted surgeon and I have no hesitation to recommend Dr. Baaj.

At the end of 2017 I was unable to walk more than a few steps without severe pain due to a synovial cyst in my spinal column (L4 L5). More conservative treatments did not help and Dr. Baaj did a spinal fusion in January 2018. Now a year later I just got my final x_ray and everything is fine; I.m walking normally, twisting and turning my body doing strenuous yoga exercises with no pain, and I have my life back.

I feel fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Baaj by another doctor whom I was seeing for another condition. After learning more of the type of conditions the doctor specializes in and reading great reviews from his patients I decided to make an appointment to see him. I was impressed by his assessment that while surgery was a last he advised that my condition required surgery. I was relieved and confident that surgery which Dr. Baaj was recommending was the best choice for me.

Dr. Ali Baaj is a great man. I had a very little discussion with him. But in this little time he conquered my heart and faith in him. I was very much disappointed with my disease (back - pain). But after discussing with Dr. BAAJ, I have started to regain my hope about recovery. Now I am waiting for my surgery .

My surgury with Dr.Baag was as easy as a spinal fusion surgery can be!! I was very scared, not gonna lie. It’s a big deal and I felt with Dr.Baag operating multiple times every week- that’s what I wanted. He’s a professional and very easy to talk to. I’m a year out from my surgery and everything has healed and I feel so much better!

I was suffering for months with a pinched nerve in my lower back due to a herniated disc. I was referred to Dr. Baaj by my pain management doctor and couldn’t be more satisfied. He is an excellent surgeon, explained all aspects of my procedure and answered all my questions. It’s only been 3 weeks since my surgery but I am virtually pain free. I would highly recommend him to anyone with chronic back pain.

My meeting with Dr. Baaj went extremely well. We went over my case in detail and plotted a course forward. Dr. Baaj takes time to explain things in plain English. He went over my MRI with me and carfully pointed out the problems and whatcould be done about them.
