The absolute worse bedside manner. I asked him how long he’s been do this, as he was about to perform a procedure on me, & I was nervous, he answered “a long time” never told me when he was sticking the needles,in my head & neck, didn’t give me any before or after care instructions, I’m surprised he eeven has a license to practice.

I love Dr Alrefai.Seems to know his stuff! However,I no longer see him.I'm sent to his nurse practicioner. She's nice,But,I'm having to still diagnose myself.I was diagnosed with hypothyroid, hashimotos, and chronic urticaria. They are only concerned with hypothyroid.Ugh! Also, the nurse practioner ordered tests, great.:)however, the office staff is apparently incompetent in following through with getting the orders in so i can have those tests!I have phoned multi times to have them fax an order
