I love Dr Alrefai.Seems to know his stuff! However,I no longer see him.I'm sent to his nurse practicioner. She's nice,But,I'm having to still diagnose myself.I was diagnosed with hypothyroid, hashimotos, and chronic urticaria. They are only concerned with hypothyroid.Ugh! Also, the nurse practioner ordered tests, great.:)however, the office staff is apparently incompetent in following through with getting the orders in so i can have those tests!I have phoned multi times to have them fax an order
Dr had no follow through. Patient care is on his terms and times.wont see you if you're 5 minutes late, due to another provider.
