I dont think dr young is a real doctor. I've gone to a lot of doctors and specialists in my life and I am speechless right now. She spent less than a minute with me and did absolutely nothing. Horrific

Do not take your baby to this doctor!! She might be a specialist but she’s more focused on adults. My pediatrician recommended her Bc my DD has a strawberry Hemangioma. My doc was trying to be preventative with the care since it’s in her diaper area. So I make an appt and go to her. She barely looks at the Hemangioma and just tells me that to put zinc oxide. I follow her advice and a day later my baby’s skin becomes ulcerated. She didn’t know how to treat it and sent me to other specialist. ??

I am completely embarrassed for this doctor. MY daughter saw Dr Young for the first visit, maybe 10 mins top. Given her multiple meds. That was fine. She broke out in a horrible rash from the medication and refused to see her. My daughter is in severve pain and I showed pictures of her also. Still refused to see her. I am also a physian in the building. I will CERTAINLY make sure I tell every patient I have NOT to see her. What a horrible experience. I would NEVER do that to a pt.

Absolutely the best doctor I’ve ever seen. She is thorough and patient, answers all my questions and is super nice! I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes before seeing her and the waiting room has bowls of cool samples to check out while you wait ;)

I'm giving 3 stars because Dr. Young is not a bad doctor. However, her staff is really unfriendly and unhelpful. I've been trying to get in touch with her regarding my test results and all they tell me on the phone is "you have to come back for a follow up visit" even though I saw her just a few days ago. Never had this problem with other doctors, they always call me whenever needed to discuss about test results, etc. She could just give me a call for 15 min. The front desk woman is arrogant!

I'm appalled by her lack of bedside manners. She was rude and rushed us. She didn't completely check out my 3 month old baby and never explained his diagnosis all because we were 20 mins late. She even kicked us out cause I breastfed my baby for 5 mins. I left more confused and very upset. The receptionist tiffany is wonderful. She should teach the doctor how to say hello and smile.

I called Dr. Young's office for an appointment after calling 3 other dermatologists who all would not see me for at least a week. I expressed my concern and that I really wanted to come in as soon as possible. Dr. Young gave me an appointment within the hour as soon I said I was worried. Despite how busy she was she took me in and did a quick and painless procedure! This doctor gets an A++. Staff was also very accommodating and friendly on the phone and in person. Great experience!

Kicked to the curb. After a couple of visits she said I should go see a specialist and then gave me a referral to a doctor that had already retired. Long story short.......I found a specialist in NYC. I ended up having a partial amputation of my thumb. I'd give her negative starts if I could. And..............even after contesting her bill, she's making me pay for her expertise.
