Great dermatologist
She literally saved my life by catching a melanoma in its infancy when other dermatologists had said not to worry as it was just a mole. She also is kind, attentive and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Young.

Total waste of time
I waited over 3 weeks for an appointment. By the time I got to the appointment whatever is happening on my face was pretty calm looking, but not gone. Super itchy and red, still flaking on the sides. Dr Young came in, stood 4 feet from me and said I looked fine. Told me to stop using over the counter cream I was trying immediately and wasn’t very nice about it. Then told me she doesn’t have a crystal ball to see what it was like when it was worse and to call when it was worse. Then she walked out without even listening. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with any doctor ever in my life. She clearly couldn’t be bothered and I heard other clients as they were leaving saying that they had to come back because the doctor “didn’t have time today”. Wow.

I was slightly late for an appointment, maybe 7 or 8 minutes. I sat down as no one was in reception at the time. A woman walked in from the hall sat down took a call and when done said that I would need to reschedule. I inquired why and was told Dr. Young had a strict 10 minute policy. I was there for a full body exam and asked if the Dr. could just look a legion on my scalp I was concerned about. The receptionist said no she already turned away someone prior. I wont be back.

If you are looking for answers to your condition, do NOT go to Dr. Young. She spent 5 minutes with me at the most. She did not pay attention to my complaints and even though she was hearing me, she did not LISTEN to me. I felt rushed and unheard. She downplayed my symptoms and made me feel like the condition was something I have to learn to live with. WHAT A DISSAPPOINMENT! Waste of time and money. Now looking for another dermatologist who will hopefully care more about the patients. I gave 1 star because there was no option for ZERO STARS.

Staff is very rude, especially Stefanie who changes her name so clients could not report her. She grabbed the paper from my hand and made awful comments about my face. Never again going there.

Let me first say that she is the Worst when it comes to patient care!!! The second she came into in to the room one minute later she left that was it. She didn't care to even look at my sons face, just automatically prescribed him the creams and out the door went. Then we had an emergency with his face and were told to come on an appt day. I clearly explained to them that this is not something that can wait, so we had to go to the pediatrician which than went back to her, cause you know I was giving the benefit of the doubt, but Noooooooooooo again doesn't

She was abrupt said since I’d had biopsies before I obviously knew how to care for the area. After 7 days I had to Call for results although there results had been ready for two days. She knew I had a history of melanoma yet didn’t call to give me results so I could stop worrying. Thoughtless

Do not take your baby to this doctor!! She might be a specialist but she’s more focused on adults. My pediatrician recommended her Bc my DD has a strawberry Hemangioma. My doc was trying to be preventative with the care since it’s in her diaper area. So I make an appt and go to her. She barely looks at the Hemangioma and just tells me that to put zinc oxide. I follow her advice and a day later my baby’s skin becomes ulcerated. She didn’t know how to treat it and sent me to other specialist. ??

I am completely embarrassed for this doctor. MY daughter saw Dr Young for the first visit, maybe 10 mins top. Given her multiple meds. That was fine. She broke out in a horrible rash from the medication and refused to see her. My daughter is in severve pain and I showed pictures of her also. Still refused to see her. I am also a physian in the building. I will CERTAINLY make sure I tell every patient I have NOT to see her. What a horrible experience. I would NEVER do that to a pt.
