DR. PARR PREFORMED SURGERY ON ME THIS WEEK AT HOLY CROSS HOSPITAL. AS A SURGEON, AND AS A HUMAN BEING HE IS TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. THIS IS NOT A CASUAL OBSERVATION, I AM A RETIRED HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR.

Very pleased with my robotic Hernia operation from Dr. Parr. I was back to work in less than a week. Very little pain after the operation. Thank you Dr. Parr.

Found the staff to be amazing. Loved that Dr. reviewed my case BEFORE entering the room. He explained EVERYTHING, he also listened to everything I said, he had empathy for my condition & genuinely wanted to fix me ASAP. I feel relieved that he is doing my surgery which is a very rare surgery, I feel confident I have the BEST man for the surgery, He walked me through exactly what would happen. I didn't feel rushed as he spent what felt like an hour with me making sure I am prepared.

I am now experiencing critical delayed post op treatment a month late, because for some unexplained reason I was not given prompt follow up information. This delay may not have been attributed directly to the doctor, but ultimately responsibility for the performance of his staff, is his. It was clear when he gave me the information, it was news to him because it was the first time he'd seen it.

Very little in the way of communication either prior to or after surgery. He left most of the communication to the nurses, and didn't explain anything, or said "do you have any questions" when you don't know enough to know what to ask. My interaction was through the hospital not his office.
