I had my initial visit with Dr. Lenard last week and I could not be happier now that I finally am in the care of a doctor not only who knows his profession well, but also is kind and compassionate with his patients. I am no where near the end of hell for almost 4 months with pain at a level ten for most of the time. However, I do know beyond a doubt I am in the right place for finding out what is wrong with me and doing what he can to fix it. I thank God I found this man.

Dr Lenard performed a miracle on me when I broke my back. I had no feeling or use of my right leg before he did my surgery , which had to be delayed till my severe internal injuries healed, which took 3 months. The next day he had me standing and I regained full feeling and use of my leg! His competence and compassion are unparalleled. A year and a half ago I was rear ended and hurt my neck. Dr Lenard did An emergency surgery to relieve a severe motor nerve impingement and fusion. He is my hero

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lenard and his staff. His display of compency, his genuiness, his gentle manner, and his warm personality is impressive beyond words. I feel blessed to have been referred to him and that finally after months of suffering, there is light at the end of the tunnel for my back injury. Highly skilled with a wonderful team.

Highly recommended Dr. Lenard for any spinal related issues. Very talented and knowledgeable. He did spinal surgery on me 2 weeks ago and am pain free. Very conservative in his approach to treatment. Explained procedure thoroughly and available for questions. Staff was also helpful and compassionate. I was so fortunate and blessed to have found him.

Dr. Lenard was referred to me after a "lack of communication" with my prior 2 Doctor’s. I was pleasantly impressed by his upbeat personality, dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism regarding the working mechanics of the human body and more specifically the structure of the back. He has a wealth of knowledge that he welcomes you to tap into, as well as taking the time to explain your options, advice and realistic expectations. His upbeat staff is nothing less than superb as well!

Over the years I have had the pleasure to witness many well trained , intelligent and disciplined physicians in my career. However, over the years what has been rare to witness is a professional that is also gifted with Emotional Intelligence. This type of intelligence truly allows for a patient to be heard. History taking and consideration is essential in above average treatment and intervention. Dr Lenard is unique and rare.He is highly talented and a blessing to his field and his patients.

I was living for seven years on a diet of 180mg of Morphine, along with several other medications, and went from my bed to the couch and nowhere else. I lost my life to horrible back pain after five years of a disc replacement surgery, and nothing could take the pain away. I met Dr. Lenard and for the first time I had hope. He did everything he said, and I got my life back-so did my kids and husband. His mannerisms are top-class and he made me feel understood. I walk now, no pain-and No Meds!

I first met Dr. Lenard after a horrific car accident that crushed my spine and I was a trauma case. He painstakingly removed the shattered bones and fused my spine w titanium spacers and rods in a lengthy procedure. He attended to me daily until I went to rehab to learn how to walk again without assistance.I am eternally grateful to him and his surgical team at St. Mary's as I might never have been able to walk again.I recommend him and his kind staff to all who seek excellence in spinal care.

This was my third back surgery. All of them being quite major. Last two surgeries were Nightmares. Dr. Lenard is the first Dr. I have ever met that is both compassionate and the best in his field. He was the only one that would even take my case and operate on me after the first two. He has a reputation for taking on cases that other Dr's deem impossible. He does all his work with a big smile never rushing you. This is his Art. His whole team is really awesome. They all go above and beyond.
