Dr. Kuo is the best doctor I have seen in my 43 years in San Diego. He is efficient, knowledgeable, smart and always gave me individualized care. I am sorry that he left UCSD six months ago. It is UCSD's loss not to be able to keep such talent.

Dr Kuo did not care what happened to me and even made a serious error that caused other life threatening problems. I will have to live with the chronic illness he caused for the rest of my life. He never even got back to me once it was discovered. Beware

Dr. Kuo did not care about me one bit. He had a student do my liver biopsy and it was the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. He did not come talk to me after the experience and never let me know I had a liver disease after having an admin cancel my follow-up appointment. I found out about the...Read More
