His new office is amazing. Tons of room. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Dr Izad has saved my sight. He seems truly concerned about my sight.
Truly, Dr. Izad made me like I was the only one there. He was down to business but not it a way that made me feel rushed. I really appreciate the time he spent with me as he answered all of my questions in understandable English.
Great doctor. Yes he's busy but he has a system to move you right along. His new expanded location is opening in a few months so that should help the crowded waiting rooms.
The office staff are very helpful, kind and efficient, as is Dr. Izad. Procedures and questions are answered well. Eye injections that I receive approximately every 6 weeks are given as painlessly as possible. Free parking is available. There is a patient online portal available. I do recommend Dr. Izad highly.
Dr. Izad and his staff work together as a courtesy team. Each staff member is well able to explain the procedure they are doing.
They are skilled practiced professionals with a kindness needed to reassure so many of us fearfull about our eyesight. Dr. Izad is knowledgeable and well able and willing to explain needed treatments. I would recommend him gladly to others. Thank you Dr. Izad and your staff.
my visit was as pleasant as could be given the situation. Procedures were explained to me in a manner I could understand, staff were as friendly, professional, and accommodating as could be. Dr Izad explained to me what was happening, and what I can do to help my condition. While I do not believe anyone enjoys eye dilation, and bright lights in their eyes, I was made as comfortable as possible. The professionalism displayed by Dr Izad and his staff gave me utmost confidence in my visit. The only negative would be the small waiting room, which I understand is being corrected.
