Spent time with me and explained everything he said The office staff was respectful and courteous. His nurse explained things also. I never felt rushed. He really knows cancer screening. I felt confident about his findings

Dr. Gross’s staff turned me away because I was less than 10 minutes late for my 4 year old’s appointment. This was our first appointment, and therefore had never visited the office. I went to the wrong building first and once I realized my mistake, ended up coming in a few minutes past my 1:00 appointment time. The receptionist told me that I couldn’t be seen because they were already full. I was dumbfounded. If the doctor had been running behind I am sure I would have been expected to wait.

The staff is rude, especially the women at the front counter. She refused to take my insurance card because it was a picture on my phone. She initially refused completely until I challenged her. The male practical nurse was abrupt and short and refused to explain anything to me or my teenage daughter who was there for warts. He went to freeze them without any anesthesia and she was in a great deal of pain. He dismissed her pain and told her she was melodramatic. HORRIBLE place!
