Most known for his expertise in the use of flow-diverting stents to treat cerebral aneurysms, Dr. Coon has personally performed >700 cases using this technology. He has mentored other physicians in the use of this technology across the United States and around the world. He has published extensively on the techniques and outcomes associated with flow-diversion use for cerebral aneurysms. He has actively participated in numerous ongoing multi-center clinical trials for flow-diverting stent technology."

I have a giant aneurysm in my carotid artery. Back in 08, I had (2) surgeries, one for a stint, another for coils.
