I had an appointment with Dr. Chop today(4/1/19). I am a new patient and I was very impressed with Dr. Chop. He was very thorough and very kind and professional in every way. He took his time with me and explained everything in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend Dr Chop and I am very picky about my doctors and specialists. (excellent)

I would never recommend Dr. Chop to take care of anyone. He was very rude and has no bedside manners at all, I am amazed he is still practicing. It is a shame that a facility like Ross Eye Institute has a Dr. on staff there that does not know how to even handle a patient in a wheelchair.

Dr. Chop has the worst bed side manners and was very rude! He insulted my daughter, who was the patient, and after waiting 4 hours DrChop did not even examine her eyes. My daughter sat there with her hands over her ears cause he was so loud and rude to her. He should not be practicing let alone dealing with people that have disabilities. It was a horrible experience, my daughter is still upset.
