Awesome.
in Big Spring, Tx |
Dr Verdugo has done a reverse shoulder and a left thumb tendon transfe in 2016. Both surgeries were a complete success. Dr Verdugo and Whitney Grimes PA are very trustworthy people. They have my complete confidence. They take time with their patients when surgery is recommended. You will understand what is to be done during the surgery. I fell blessed to have found them. 2016 was a tough year for me medically. They were a God send.

tore a bicep tendon, Dr. Verdugo was great, explained the procedure , recovery time and outcome before any surg. was planned. the operation was am outstanding success and full use of my arm is now back. can not say how much I appreciate him and his staff

Treat me of shoulder pain , no surgery needed , very efficient treatment.

My first visit consisted of waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Once in an exam room I was allowed to spend another hour and 20 minutes waiting for the Dr. Once he arrived he spent less than ten minutes with me. This office is the most poorly run that I have ever experienced. Please also be aware of their policy that states if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be rescheduled. Apparently his time is more valuable than his patients time.

He is an easygoing doctor and explains everything satisfactorily. However, on multiple occasions I was left waiting for extended periods of time. During my pre-operation appointment I waited in the examination room for 90 minutes. Before surgery, I waited 85 minutes after I was prepped and ready for surgery for him to show up to the hospital. At my post-operation appointment, his staff never called me back to an exam room and I had been there for 105 minutes. Would definitely not recommend.
