I was admitted into hospital in July2020. I had a pleural effusion and pneumonia and much more. Dr. Parodi saw me everyday in hospital. He spent as much time as was needed first, to ask me all kinds of questions. Second, to listen to ALL I had to say. He was always smiling and always had a positive demeanor. Even when he had a long day, he still came to see me way past 10pm. I could see he was tired but still very thorough, and very attentive to my needs. Because of his initial extensive questions, he even tested for all my pets and if they caused any of it. We have dogs, fish, pet rats, a tortoise, and hens. So it was VERY thorough. Wound up having a surgery with a great thoracic surgeon. Follow up care was fantastic and thorough. Dr. Parodi loves his work, loves his patients, loves successful outcomes. He released me from my final follow up and welcomed me back if I ever had pulmonary issues again. His staff work super hard, always busy, and care about you. Thank you Team Dr.Parodi

Being a new patient I was concerned about some of the reviews I read but after going in and meeting Dr. Parodi and the staff i'm so glad I decided to make an appointment. After his treatment plan I feel so much better and he explained everything to me and answered all my questions. When I called a few days after my appointment his staff was very friendly and helpful they even called me a few weeks later to see how I was doing on my new medications.

Dr. Parodi is an amazing doctor! I have felt awful for months with a cough that I just could not shake, but thanks to him I am finally feeling relief. Dr. Parodi was extremely thorough and informative. He took the time to answer each and every one of my questions. His office staff is also very helpful. I am so glad that I was referred to this doctor!

The worst Dr office experiences I have ever had have been with this doctor. First appointment he was texting and talking on the phone in general for nearly 1/2 of my visit. I finally walked out of my last appointment after waiting for 1 hr 35 minutes without anyone even opening the door to let me know he was running late. At one time I heard them transfer the phone system over to forward calls because it was after 6pm then all was quiet for a while. I thought they were leaving. I was planning on making this my last visit anyway. I only went back because he wouldn’t refill my prescriptions and it had only been 9 months since my last visit and had a 10 month visit scheduled. Office is poorly run. Office staff are also the nurses. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Difficult to understand, because of that when asked to write out what he has said his penmanship is equally incomprehensible, what can be understood comes across as peremptory, does a poor job of outlining options for treatment. Disagreed with analysis of an X-Ray the other HCWs involved (including the patients Cardiologist of 5 years). It is very confusing and unsettling when that happens and under-minds the credibility of the treatment being provided.

Completely Misdiagnosed my mother with IPF, and gave her no reading material on it and did not explain anything. Told her to come back in six months with a smile on his face and "we would see.," She then went to her car to google what it was and read that she would eventually suffocate to death from the scar tissue forming in her lungs and had 3-5 years to live. This guy should not even have a medical license. He totally misdiagnosed her and could have cared less. Watch out for this guy!

I have been seeing Dr. Parodi for Asthma for in excess of five years. I find him so outstanding that I have refused to relocate to another area so that I can be close to him. He listens, he cares and he is smart. I trust him totally. His staff is responsive and he goes the extra mile. Another terrific thing about Dr. Parodi is that he communicates with my other doctors so as to provide the most comprehensive care.

Office visit seemed very disjointed. Tests administered by his staff were half-completed, and he wanted to repeat the tests (additional billing). I was diagnosed with asthma from the half-completed testing. Second opinion from a reliable Pulmonologist....I do not have asthma.

I completely disagree with the previous comment. I am a recent widow and Dr. Parodi held my hand thru the entire hospital stay, coming 2-3 times a day and answering all my concerns. He made me feel that it was own family he was caring for. I will always be grateful for his caring, compassionate concern for my family.

Treated my mother in the hospital a few years ago. She was literally dying and he chose to tell us this by smiling and saying 'it's not looking good' right in front of her. He performed some manual testing on her and seemed to have no proficiency or training. Rude to the hospital staff and those assisting him. I would not recommend his services to my worst enemy.
