Treated my mother in the hospital a few years ago. She was literally dying and he chose to tell us this by smiling and saying 'it's not looking good' right in front of her. He performed some manual testing on her and seemed to have no proficiency or training. Rude to the hospital staff and those assisting him. I would not recommend his services to my worst enemy.

I have been seeing Dr. Parodi for about a year. I find him very approachable, clear and thorough.

BEST doctor in town. Called in the morning, seen that afternoon!! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Feeling 100% better after his compassionate attention and care. I would recommend every one to see him.

I would not let this man treat my dog. Horrible bedside manner with critically ill patients and their family.
in Spring Branch, TX |
He is great. Very thorough and takes the time to listen to you. My only complaint would be front desk receptionist. They were short tempered and seemed like they couldn't be bothered when you call. Also, half the time answering machine is all you get when you call. Takes couple of days for a call back. Otherwise, Dr Parodi is a doctor I can completely trust.

Seen the same day! Dr. Parodi put my mind at ease. He showed me my Ct scan on the computer and took the time to explain and answer all my questions.

On December 3, 2013, i was admitted to North Central Baptist Hospital with the H1N1 Swine flu. He stabilized me and was then placed on a a Rotoprone bed. Since I was unconscious the entire time I did not know him until I met him face to face last month. My mom had nothing but praises for him. He never gave up hope on me and wouldn't allow my mother to ascwell. He is passionate about his patients and HE SAVED MY LIFE. God bless Dr. Parodi with many more years of practice. I owe him my life.

Dr Parodi's human approach to the patient makes him an ideal Doctor. My first visit to him was enough for him to gain my trust, empathy and respect as a professional. If you need a Pulmonology MD that clearly explains your health conditions and the treatment you may need to feel and live better, make an appointment to see him.

Dr. Parodi has been my physician for over 5 years and has been a Godsend! I have such great respect for him! And with his help, I have managed to stay out of the hospital for years and able to travel and enjoy my retirement. Being on a limited income his staff has gone above and beyond to help me get on assistance programs and samples when needed... It's nice to walk in and be treated as a person and not a number. He's had the same staff for years and they know how to get things done!
in San Antonio, TX |
Dr. Parodi puts his patients first. While he can be a bit difficult to understand as he speaks quietly and has a south american accent, he goes out of his way to take a COMPLETE history, current complaints and/or conditions as well as improvements/changes since last visit. He integrates your care with any other physicians you are seeing ensuring they receive a copy of his notes/observations and plan. He is ON TIME and doesn't understands my time is as important as his. EXCELLENT DR and Staff!
