Had an appointment today ... surprise ... they were on time ! Not too many offices take you on time when you have an appointment. Had a VERY thorough examination ... I would highly recommend this Dr and his staff were very friendly!

I went with my daughter. Dr Carranza took his time to check very well her condition. Very professional. Unfortunately his team at the administrative area is so rude, since we arrived the lady in front was upset and at the check out point the lady was very rude and disrespectful. I automatically decided to cancel my other appointment with him and didn't buy the glasses there. If this happens with us with good insurance, I can't imagine what they do to others. Very, very rude people.
