I would not recommend anyone go to Dr. Scharrer any longer, since he got tied up with St Lukes my experiences there have been negative. The office staff appears preoccupied, disorganized, and uncaring. If you have anything even slightly urgent don't bother calling the office, your in for a several week wait. The Doc himself is a nice man, but cant help you with anything other than health maintenance such as high blood pressure and cholesterol meds, and I often have issues procuring those as wel

I've been twice for an annual physical and both times they tried to cheat me on my account. They used a different technique each time. The first time, they blamed the insurance company but eventually admitted that they coded the visit wrong. It took about nine months to resolve the issue. Now, they are dissatisfied with the amount the insurance paid for the routine physical and are trying to scam the money from me. My insurance covers physicals 100%. EOB shows I owe nothing.

Not the Dr but the office and nurses I have a problem with. Had serious pain and could not get anyone to help me! called repeatedly about my test that was done (only ran one test, no blood drawn or lab work) just a CT that the technician told me they would have the results later the same day! No one working in the office cared about my issues or pain and discomfort. It was close to 5:00pm quiting time so that was all that mattered!
