No! Horrible
They don’t care. Don’t return calls. Don’t submit necessary paperwork for prescription refills. Rude, nasty, and down right mean. A supervisor told me they shouldn’t have to help me and Dr. Poulter did not care how his staff is treating his patients.

Doctor Poulter is a wonderful doctor. However, his office staff doesn't return phone calls, even to set up appointments. The staff is abrupt, rude, and unprofessional. The nurse lied repeatedly to us in front of the doctor to avoid embarrassment over her actions, then falsified records to cover her deception. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
