He manages a patient’s preoperative diagnosis, performs elective and emergency surgery on most body systems and provides comprehensive postoperative care. Dr. Netzman received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa, and completed two surgical residencies—one at Metropolitan Hospital, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa., and the other at Community Hospital South Broward, Southeastern Medical Center in North Miami Beach, Fla.
