Good experience - would recommend.

Worst experience ever. Appt was 10:30 , he didn't come in til 12:40 after I complained. Knew nothing about me and my problems. Looked at my mri's for the first time while I was sitting there. Which makes no sense because they wouldn't let me make an appointment until they received my mri's results. I have ms and severe pain from past spine fracture. Said he couldn't help me and told me to exercise on stair master or treadmill and lose weight. I already lost 92 lbs and I'm disabled!!!!!! ?????!!!
Dear Patient, We would love to speak with you directly about your concerns. If interested, please contact us at 267-339-3689 to discuss. Sincerely, Rothman Institute

in Pilesgrove,NJ |
He is very professional and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything that is going to happen. Before, during, and after surgery. There was no pressure to have surgery. All possible options were explained with outcomes. I never felt I was in this alone. The support from his staff especially Jodi was amazing. Would not hesitate to have another procedure with him again.
Philadelphia, PA |
Barely able to walk without pain, Dr. Hilibrand was kind, professional and empathetic to my back issues. He explained the problems in an understandable way and fit me into his surgical schedule within 2 weeks. I am a pain-free pedestrian now! His staff was also kind and responsive when I had questions after surgery. I felt well taken care of and would recommend him highly.
