I've seen dr. Albert for two tears and he seems to be little my condition. My original doctor was in north Carolina and he was pro active. Dr. Albert said he wanted to wait till my Ra was severe before giving me medicines!! I've been on embrel for 6 years and he wont prescribe it to me. I'm very aggravated and have placed a call to the office to change to a different doctor. Dr. Albert is a waste of time!! ??

Dr. Alberts always takes the time to explain in layman's terms what the treatment is and what the symptoms mean. He listens patiently to me when I have concerns. When I need something or have any questions, I know I can call the office and his assistant, Millie, will always call me back and help me in any way she can whether it's with insurance or prescriptions or a question about my medical care. I feel like I'm a person, not just a patient at this office.

Arrived at 9.22 am waited until almost 11am to see dr. While standing in line to finally check out, receptionist left desk, woman in front of me had only been there since 10.30 am and was finished before me! I had to leave at 11.15 without receiving prescription or orders for tests

      Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
