Dr. deLotbinière's Care Philosophy

My approach to treating patients is first of all to give them my undivided attention. To listen to them, to allow them to tell their story. The examination and treatment should always flow from an understanding of who the patient is an individual, not simply seeing a patient as a set of symptoms. Once trust has been established, it becomes much easier to explore the range of potential solutions, the point being that what is reasonable for one may not be the right solution for another person. At all times it is the patient that comes first.

in Norwalk, CT |
Dr. deLotbiniere cured me of the debilitating headaches that I had been dealing with for 7 years. The level of care he provides is second to none. He puts patient care before money. The facility is clean and the staff courteous. When choosing a facility for my surgery he looked at what would be most convenient for me not him. Dr. deLotbiniere is always thinking about what is best for the patient. I can't recommend him enough or thank him enough for giving me my life back.

Dr. de Lotbiniere is the best doctor I have ever met. His bed side matter is incredible. He told me exactly what to expect . The good and bad. I appreciated his honesty. I can honestly say Dr. de Lotbiniere saved my life. I went to many specialist in the best Hospitals. I even did over night trips trying to find relief. I suffer from CRPS. If you have this . You know how bad it can get. Dr. de Lotbiniere is at the top of his game. I wish all doctors could be like him. Pure Dedication.
in New Paltz, NY |
We were not impressed. It was obvious the dr had more important things to do than meet with us. His advice was out dated and old school
I am saddened to hear this. Contrary to what is claimed considerable time was spent with the patient and his family, explaining to them why it was important for the elderly family member to establish a permanent location - he was moving to another state - before proceeding with treatment, given the meticulous follow up needed. The comments were in fact posted by a frustrated daughter, not the "Robert" who was cited as living in New Paltz. She declined to return my calls.
