Dr. Singh received his medical degree from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. He went on to complete his internship at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He then attended Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey where he completed his residency in Ophthalmology. My experience was just horrific. Dr. Singh applied some numbing drops into my eyes and after ten minutes I was blind. I had drops put into my eyes by other eye doctors and never had such reaction. To add to it I got no consideration from the staff or the doctor himself who even made me feel bad...more
