Patient Comments (3)
Napa, CA |
Her staff is rude. She would not respond to my other doctors or the pharmacy. She lost my discs taken at the hospital and when I wrote a letter asking for clarification she fired me as a patient without a referral to another doctor to take over my care.

I could not say enough good things about Doctor CHAGNON . Truly, when other Doctors fail to find the problem you're experiencing, Doctor CHAGNON never fails to find the root cause of the problem. She's a wonderful person with excellent staff, who help her maintain her excellent and I must say Exceptional practice. It's extremely rare to encounter a real caring Doctor these days, especially on her level.

She has been my Dr since 2000, she's the only one who could figure out what was wrong with me. After seeing over 30 Dr and specialist who said yes there's something wrong, but we don't know what it is. If I could have had her as the first Dr I saw once hurt, I'd be collecting workers comp etc. but because it took so many years of Dr's who had no clue what was wrong with me I got screwed. I'm very thankful I found Aimee, she has a huge heart and she truly cares !!
