I have only been a patient of Dr. Carr for a short time, but I must say that her and her staff are great. Dr. Carr has taken her time at each of my appointments to make sure I completely understand what is going on and to show me and explain what she sees on my MRI scans. I am very happy that I was referred to her by the ER and couldn’t be happier with my care. I would highly recommend anyone that needs a Urologist to see Dr. Carr and her staff.

Dr. Carr has a great bedside manner. Her staff are always pleasant and helpful too. Dr. Carr is so sweet and genuinely interested and concerned about my health condition. She is extremely thorough and takes the time to make sure I understand what’s going on. She’s very busy but I never feel rushed. I would recommend her to anyone needing a urologist.

The absolute worst Dr I’ve ever had the misfortune of seeing! That includes the VA! She doesn’t know how to communicate, provide information or really doesn’t care about the quality of care she provides! Are you are is a dollar sign to her and this clinic! She will not return your calls or emails! The staff at this location mirrors her attitude. Patient care, treatment isn’t at the forefront for her or the UCND! Stay away from this Dr and clinic! You’ve been warned!

My mother was told she'd have surgery Saturday morning to have a kidney stone measuring 7 that cannot be passed naturally and would have to be removed only to be told by Dr Carr she'd have to be seen at her office and then schedule a surgery date. She was then released from the hospital that night and now this morning I've been trying to call and schedule her surgery 5 times and no answers or call back. I have my mother in pain and losing time from work because of this.

I made an appointment with this doctor, however I have decided to find another one. They never answer their phones. I have called and held 20 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 12 minutes and 18 minutes and nothing but your call is important to us. please hold and somebody will be with you shortly. That tells me how their office is operated and an indication of the kind of care I am going to receive.

Dr. Carr & her nurse Karen literally saved my life. Without any prior experience with me, only the information Dr. Lightfoot had been able relay in a brief phone call, Dr. Carr adjusted her schedule to perform an emergency procedure on me. The first time I met Dr. Carr in person I was in the Baylor-Garland ER, having received multiple doses of pain meds, & obviously scared. She immediately put my mind at ease & clearly explained what was & wasn't going to happen that day. She saved my life.
