This man needs to retire, rude, abbrassive, no bedside manner left at all to speak of. Would not make eye contact while asking questions during the consultation whatsoever and for a first time meeting him. I'm going to be asking for another doctor to take over my healthcare professional needs. If you dislike your chosen profession, maybe you should become a taxidermist or funeral director. I would not recommend you see this man at all.

This man is one of the reasons my husband is alive today. He diagnosed my husbands illnesses after years of doctors and misdiagnoses'. His compassion and genuine concern is amazing. My husband has seen many many doctors and Dr . Turk is extremely high on our list of excellence!

This guy is weird! I would never trust him to examine me. His office is also. They obviously don't care about their patients and are just thinking about their paycheck. If a person doesn't want to die from being mis- diagnosed I recommend going elsewhere.

He was late to the appointment it took months to get. He tossed my medical records at me saying they were illegible. Said I was simply constipated (a month since my last bowel movement), take a full miralax dose hourly until I pooped. See me in 6 weeks. Finished a large bottle of miralax without success. Phoned his office. No reponse. Forced my way in 2 weeks later. Called me a liar. Charged me additional $250. Went to proctologist who took care of the problem.
in Kalamazoo, MI |
I went to him for throat and gallbladder pain, and he dismissed the latter saying that I would end up having my gallbladder removed if I looked deeper into what was wrong. So count on any stone getting bigger without the benefit of lithotrepsy or bile salts or anything else that may prevent a problem getting bigger. He did not take accurate notes and only seems interested in doing multiple endoscopy procedures. He makes snap personal judgements and in general is arrogant in my opinion.
