I just had aortic valve replacement & two bypasses. Dr Romeya was fantastic from pre-op information through my discharge from the hospital. I appreciated is humanity, he was very approachable & down to earth. I appreciated his contact & consultation with my cardiologists. Everyone was on the same page. His nurse practitioner, Gloria McGrath is fantastic. My whole experience has been fantastic, and most importantly, I am doing wonderfully well!!!

Dr. Romeya is an expert among experts. I recommend Dr. Romeya to anyone in need of thoracic surgery. I was recently diagnosed with a mass in my chest. Dr. Romeya patiently described all possible outcomes, listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. We agreed the best course of action was to remove the mass. I'm not sure how one would grade "workmanship" when it comes to surgery, but In my case Dr. R. gets an A+. Surgery went as expected with amazingly little scaring.
