Was seen within 10 minutes of signing into office. Doctor went over test results with me and explained them to my satisfaction. Made follow up appointment for further testing. Answered all of my questions fully. Did not feel rushed while in examination room.

My 94yr. mother goes to Dr.Khalafallah for the last 20 years. I've been taking her for at least 5 years. We like him because: 1. he's easy to get into when she has a problem. 2. His staff is wonderful. 3. If one calls with a question, his staff or he himself calls back promptly with an answer. 4. He answers all our questions. 5. He keeps up on her condtions. 6. He explains the conditions and side effects. 7. If more info is needed by a specialist, he arranges an appointment. 8. Did I say, his staff is wonderful!

Sometimes I wonder why I wait so long to let Dr Khalafallah know how much I appreciate him as my Dr. I have been struggling with breathing thru my nose for quite some time. I finally made an appointment. He put me on an antibiotic first. After finding out that wasn't working, he scheduled me for a sinus CT scan. Come to find out I had a sinus infection. He followed thru all protocol to make sure my insurance would pay. Thank you Dr Khalafallah for keeping me healthy!
