Disappointing...I saw Dr. Jalloul for my initial visit and he was very caring; however, my care was then transferred to his nurse practitioner for all other visits and she has an attitude when you ask questions. In addition, each patient is only allotted 15 minutes for each appointment so if you are being treated for more than one condition chances are you will have to schedule a subsequent appointment for your other condition(s).

It's a shame. I really liked the people there too. It's soo hard to find doctors in this state, but they are not the only game in town. The office managed lied to me about a co-pay 3 times. I was not able to see the breathing lady because she was on vacation on my visit, so I had to come back. I asked (and verified 2 times) that I would not have to pay a co-pay. Office staff said no because it was a continuation of my prior visit. I asked a second time--no co-pay. Lied to CYA. AVOID. No space

I would highly recommend Dr. Jalloul; very kind, caring and knowleable. However, he has taken a partner and we have no choice who we are going to see and neither my husband nor I have since Dr. Jalloul since. We chose Dr. Jalloul as our physician because we like him and trust him with our care. My husband had an appointment yesterday, saw the partner 1 1/2 hours after his appointment time, doctor was in the room approximately 5 minutes and never examined him. Considering leaving practice.
