VERY Rude! He had a condescending tone the whole time that he spoke to me. Did not allow me to speak. Did not properly explain the procedure to me. Had to do outside research to make my decision. The staff as well as the doctor lacked patience and manners. I was very disappointed. As a patient I expect quality care and respect. Doctor Ibarrola was very rude and had an attitude. He didn't let me talk and kept rolling his eyes. I wouldn't recommend him to any family or friend.
