The nurse was rude, barely looked us in the face. (this was not our first visit by any stretch). The Doctor, despite having paperwork in front of him and on the laptop in front of him, commented about having increased the patient's medication just 3 months ago when in fact we had not been in to see the doctor in 6 months AND he had not adjusted her medication in 2 years. When I said as much I was completely ignored. He proceeded to talk in a condescending manner to my mother who takes that sort of thing very poorly. He then tried to use elementary diagram to explain how Altzheimer's works and used the same word for 2 different functions. It maybe time for this doctor to recognize he has a problem.

My dog knows more than this “doctor” I was waiting for him looking at my iPad and he said I don’t keep up with new technology. I just left after I told him my problems, he looked puzzled and said he never heard of anything like that.

Very unprofessional office staff. Would not take my husband's medicare because they said it was a managed plan. After getting medicare on the phone to verify it was an original medicare plan we were told they still did not take his medicare. When I tried to pay cash I was told the doctor overheard our conversation and had left the office and would not see my husband. So please do not wait your time with this doctor.
