I had scheduled a routine colonoscopy. I want to preface with Dr Badr himself and the facility I had the procedure at were both outstanding as far as making me feel comfortable and explaining everything that was going to happen or had happened, however the actual office he works out of was a mess. I was told several different instructions as far as the timing when to take my prep as well as different instructions as to what I could and couldn’t eat or take as far as medications 7 days prior. My insurance company was also told the incorrect facility I was having the procedure at and thankfully I realized it before it was too late for them to set up the one time pay I was needing. It’s stressful enough going through the prep for a colonoscopy and the office added a significant amount that I did not need. I only gave 3 stars but I would give Dr Badr a 5 and the office a 1 so it averages to a 3

I have been seeing Dr. Badr for my gastrointestinal issues and endoscopies/colonoscopies for several years. Dr. Badr is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable about your condition. He spends ample time with me and I never feel like he is in a rush to move on to the next patient. His prescriptions almost always work and he never "over prescribes". His medical assistant, Marisol Gutierrez is extremely helpful and always responds quickly.

I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Badr. When I called, I got voicemail twice. Finally, I got a human to answer the phone. She first asked me whether I wanted to schedule a colonoscopy and I said no. She then said that Dr. Badr didn't have opening until about two months later. She tried to persuade me to see Dr. Badr's partner instead. When I said that I could wait, she changed her story and said that Dr. Badr did not see new patients anymore.

Dr. Badr is an exceptional physician. He performed my routine colonoscopy and endoscopy. He is extremely knowledgeable. Professional and caring with a great bedside manner. The only little thing that isn’t up to par is that when you call his office you never get to speak to a human. All of the phone lines go to voicemail. The nurses phones go to voicemail. Nor do they return your calls. Other than that Dr. Badr is a great doctor.

I miss you! Hated having to change doctors due to a move. If you want a kind doctor you can openly and comfortably talk about poop, then Badr is your guy. He was there for me through some painful times (diverticulitis) and even called me at home after hours to check up on me.

Dr. Badr is absolutely the kindest, most caring, compassionate doctor we have had the pleasure of seeing. He goes above and beyond his job to make sure that you are taken care of. I've had a stubborn condition that never seemed treatable, but Dr. Badr never gave up and found a treatment for me that works. His staff is the best, and they make you feel comfortable and welcome.
