I wouldn't recommend him.
Their office staff is a joke. No one wants to take responsibility for refills, appointments, scheduling, etc. Everything seems to get lost in red tape. They'll switch you from nurse practitioner to nurse practitioner. I don't trust him Dr. Mohammed or Harmony United. They'll take you off of some meds you been on for a while and that have been working for you without too much explanation. And no one at harmony united seems to be held accountable for that. When you call the office and ask a question they're short with you and don't really help you.

Every appointment I've been overbilled, 4 months trying to get someone to call me is ignored (at least 12 times but it may be more). One call had the person talking over me and denying what I said. I confronted the NP since I couldn't get an answer only to discover she added counseling. Despite when I first came I specified I wanted no counseling and after when she offered to refer me. Due to the fact no one would assist me. I did pay it. Another time, I wasn't seen for 30 min. past my time (I arrived early) but they charged me for an extended visit (which included that 30 minutes I wasn't seen). She refused to address this when directly confronted. She passed moral judgments, based upon her religious views. I won't be going back to her. I had to reschedule an appt. with another NP (more than 48 hours in advance) but got a bill for 30 min. session (scheduled for 15). Now I'm not going back. It's about $ first. Yes, the call center and Billing are in INDIA.

Dr. Mohammed is a great psychiatrist. I have been suffering from depression for many years and my depression was getting worse for the past several years. I tried several medications but it did not work. Dr. Mohammed got me on right medications and i feel much better. I have gotten my life back. He is very emphatic and always listens to my concerns. The office staff are very nice and professional.

Adil Mohammed through numerous patients out on the street with no warning or reason. The patients did nothing wrong other than maybe not having as much money as his new Lady Lake office patients would have. I was lied to and put on a medication that has now labeled me some kind of heroin addict. When trying to find another dr., this dr. Had heard the rumor( wonder where) that I was a raging alcoholic. I don’t drink, never have and have never been drunk even 1 single time in my life. Around the time this happened to me, his current, wonderful front desk staff was let go. Also, other psychiatrists and therapist working in that office also left. I guess they had morals and don’t plan on scarring people for life. To this day, I have no idea what grand rumors are being spread around about me. I have come across a few other incidents like mine that were mysteriously deleted. He was responsible for 5 different meds of mine and it can be deadly to just suddenly rip people off. I wish I knew.

"Dr" Mohammed runs his medical office like a BUSINESS. The billing system is completely flawed. I was scammed out of so much money! I was told to pay a deposit of $75 for each spouse for marriage counseling and that first each person needed to be seen by a separate counselor- MORE MONEY. My husband went to be seen-the staff told him it was not necessary to be seen separately. H went into the session and walked out after 15 min. They threatened to charge him for a no show. They only want$$

I have found the staff at Harmony United Psychiatric Care to be very friendly, professional and courteous. I appreciate the reminders for my appointments. I have also been impressed with the timely response I have received from the staff when I have needed medication adjustments and appointment scheduling accommodations. My counselor, Wendy Winkleman has been very helpful to me. She is insightful and is very personable. I especially appreciate the fact that I have been treated with dignity an

Doctor does not listen to patients. If you tell him the medication is not working for you, he wants you to just continue taking it. Very difficult to get an appointment. Continually taking on more and more patients to bill insurance without regard to existing clients. Cannot phone the office directly, calls go to a call center. Billing department is a joke, and it's in India.

Today, I called to ask about a $75 no show fee and explained my mom was in Hospice at the time and very soon after passed away. The billing rep said if you can bring us something showing your mom "wasn't feeling well." We can remove the charge. I am appalled. I asked as I started to get upset ??, Would her death certificate be sufficent? He Answered with no empathy nor condolences. Yes. I Am Writing The Dr a Letter And Never Going There Again. I Will Tell Everyone I Know About This Experience.

I only received two appts with Dr. Mohammed and then I was transfered over to his PA. I appreciate the treatment I received; However, I feel that I was lucky the meds agreed with me. I am unsure of the out come if I had experienced some problems. I always arrive early to my appointments and usually I am seen 15 minutes after my scheduled time. Which is a 15 minutes appointment. Most of these times my appointment was first thing in the AM or right after lunch- so there should be no delay.

Very bad fit for me. Went in to discuss my meds, I was feeling over medicated and disoriented. Wanted to make sure he and I were on the same page as to what I was supposed to take and he totally blew me off...made me feel like I was of no concern to him. Called the office during a crisis mode once, no one ever called me back. They said they were on a different phone system then and have changed things now though I cannot confirm that.

Excellent care. A true professional, a personable man who has made a positive difference in my mental health. A small office -- not one of those large "cram them in by the dozens" facility where you feel like a number rather than a person. Courteous office staff. Highly recommended.
