I have been seeing Dr. Ansari since January 30, 2019, for a Tumor on my Pituitary Gland. My Prolactin level has dropped from 1,864, in January 2019, to 55 in May 2022. Dr. Ansari has been with me the whole time. my wife retired in 2019 after working several years in Elk Grove and it made it difficult to see Dr. Ansari. We found out that Dr. Ansari has an office in Citrus Heights which makes it easier, on us to see her. Dr. Ansari has always been thorough in her explanation as to what is happening. Laurence or Larry

I was a patient of Dr. Ansari at her previous location and I'm sorry to say I can no longer see her now that she's in Elk Grove. But I want everyone to know that when I started seeing her I had a small goiter on the side of my neck and after her treating me it is completely gone. Also she noticed in my file that I had a dexa scan that showed pre-osteoporosis in one hip. She spent quite a bit of time explaining what this meant to me and got me on Fosamax. My actual Doctor ( his employee ), just left a message on my answering machine telling me to take calcium which was not sufficient to take care of my situation. I feel that if I hadn't seen Dr. Ansari about my thyroid, that I may have fallen due to a brain tumor I have that keeps me off balance, and I could have something serious such as a broken hip. I really recommend Dr. Ansari.

Three messages for a phone call from Dr. Ansari and not one returned call! Also, My mail order pharmacy on two occasions never received a response from the office staff regarding a refill, and I had to call them twice! Poor patient relations!

Dr. Ansari is the best physician I have ever been able to work with. After years of suffering and seeing different doctors I was lucky enough to see her and she literally saved my life. I have been seeing her for over two years. I am so grateful to her and highly recommend her.

Has always seen me as a whole person which is rare these days. Sometime the office dose run a little rough but they do try and given a calm discussion they are very receptive. It all starts from the top and Dr. Adeela N. Ansari has a ballanced kind of joy for what she dose and keeps an open mind. Not always easy to get in to see as she must have heavily work load or other projects but through patients it is worth it to wait and go through all the paper work (keep a copy for the visit) .

I have been suffering from the effects of a tumor on my parathyroid for at least a year now. Dr. Ansari knows I have a tumor and it needs to be removed, but wouldn't mark the request for a CT scan as urgent, nor has her office even begun to send the request to the insurance company. It's dangerous to my health to deny me care for additional weeks to a months. What kind of doctor treats a tumor like setting up an appointment for braces?

Dr. Ansari is a great doctor; it literally took me a decade to get properly diagnosed and treated, so she is a Godsend. However, her staff is awful. It is rare to call and talk to a human, and I don't think I've ever received a call back, when I leave a message. Twice, they have delayed so long in calling in my prescriptions (we're talking weeks) that I've run out of my medication. How effective can even the best treatment be, when I clerical failures deny me access to prescribed treatment?

I had to fight with her NP to put me on insulin, when I clearly needed it. Her NP will consult her frequently during my visit. The wait time is horrible actually. If your appointment is not at 830, expect to wait an hour or more. As you wait enjoy seeing all the pharmaceutical reps come and go with ease. They are informative compared to other endo's I have seen so I stay. Their office is hard to get through and they never call as a reminder or about test results.

Very unprofessional office and Dr. 1st visit. No exam but ordered tests telling me to call her in 2 weeks to get results. After attempting for 2 months, I finally gave up. (My GP stepped in to consult and treat) Staff changes constantly, phone frequently busy, no option for a message and when I did reach someone they were unable to answer anything and will have SOMEONE call back. Never did anyone call back including Dr. Now, 1 YEAR later I receive a call to confirm a follow up apt.
