Dr Smith fixed my back exactly the way he said he would. Minimal invasive surgery with minimal pain afterward. I am completely satisfied and would not hesitate to use him again should the need arise.

I had a consult and surgery with Dr Smith due to disc problems in my back. I would recommend anyone who asks me to Dr Smith due to my overall experience with him. VERY fast and very helpful with everything. I was in EXTREME pain and within a few days, I was up and about.

Dr. Adam Smith is the most arrogant doctor I have ever encountered and his staff is incompetent. His staff made two errors with the only two things they had to do, so I called his answering service. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and answers questions with a "probably" response. I cancelled my surgery three days before I was supposed to get it because I was not comfortable with him. His response was to try and cancel a stress test my cardiologist had ordered for me. Run, do not walk away.

I'm not one to leave reviews, however I was very impressed with the office staff and Dr. Smith. I've seen a few surgeons and by far Dr. Smith seems most honest and knowledgeable. I'm not sure if I will need surgery or not, but I went into my appointment with Dr. Smith with many questions and left with everything answered. He spoke to me like a person and not just another potential surgery. Very pleased. His staff is friendly and funny.

Dr. Smith did an excellent job on my lumbar spine, which was inflicted with severe stenosis, of three types, in six different places. The stenosis was so extensive it necessitated the the fusion of four vertebrae; I got home from the hospital yesterday and I can already feel the return of strength in my legs, which, my physical therapist had told, me were at 20 percent of their normal strength. The pain I was having is already gone. I look forward to a complete recovery in the weeks ahead.

Dr. Smith was extremely knowledgeable about Chiari, and ordered additional testing on my teenage daughter. The new tests showed she isn't a candidate for surgery at this time, so he encouraged her to be a teenager, live her life and have fun. If her symptoms get worse, we will re-evaluate. I appreciate that he didn't dismiss her since she's not a candidate for surgery yet, or push to have surgery before it's necessary.

Sought a surgeon offering minimally invasive surgery. I was impressed at the friendliness of his staff and ease in scheduling surgery. I'm a few months out and couldn't be happier with the results. Small incisions and I'm pain free. I have no reservations in recommending Dr. Smith to anyone.

I was referred to this doctor by my pcp for chronic back pain. I was given 2 epidural nerve blocks... just enough to have a taste of how magnificent life could be without crippling pain (I am disabled)... Then his services just stopped.... If you're looking for arrogance, he & his office are perfect....

If I could take stars away I would!! This neurologist nearly killed my brother because of his ego!! He would not consult or allow another neurologist to see him!! I wouldn't allow him anywhere near your family.

He is the best!!! I had facial spasms for 5 years, I was prescribed too many and different medications, nothing worked. Neither botox. I was desperated and depressed, until I decided to get surgery. Dr Smith gave me confidence and faith. Recovery was quick, without complications or side effects. Dr. Smith changed mi life. Virginia Verduzco
