Excellent customer service from making appointment all the way through first appointment and treatment. Dr. Shapiro is professional and explained everything in full detail with clarity. His assistant Kate was personable and wonderful. They took time with me, listened to me, answered all my questions and truly cared about as a person not just another patient. I have been in healthcare for 40+ years and I can be a tough critic!

The staff is Awesome, and very friendly, wait time to see Dr. Shapiro, is less then 5 minutes anytime I have been there. Dr. Shapiro's bedside manner is Great, he is easy to talk to, he takes the time to listen. I am a diabetic so he takes the time to check my feet very closely. He is Always very professional very informative, Dr. Shapiro is a Dr. you can trust, and these days that is hard to find. I drive an hour one way to see him, heck I would drive longer to see him.
