I was very apprehensive when I was first met with Dr. Prickett and his staff. They quickly eased my concerns and made me feel very comfortable when discussing the cataract surgery. He was friendly and thorough. I am a nervous patient and was made to feel at ease by all members of the staff. My optometrist scheduled my appointment and assured me of his qualifications. She said I would like him and I did. His explanations were easy to understand.
