Dr. Kaplan is a member of the American Urological Association, the Endourological Society and is board eligible in Urology. He completed my Endourology fellowship at Duke University and his medical training at the University of California Irvine (UCI), School of Medicine, as well as an internship in general surgery, and a residency in urology. In addition he specializes in robotic surgery for a variety of benign and malignant urologic disorders. He also has specialty training in cutting edge percutaneous and endoscopic techniques for treating complex kidney stone disease. Speciatly areas of interest include: prostate cancer kidney cancer kidney stone disease benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) ureteropelvic Junction obstruction (UPJ) Dr. Kaplan moved to Sonoma County with his family to be part of our great community and he looks forward to offering new surgical options that translate to less time in the hospital, less blood loss, and faster recovery.
