I have been on this phone for 35 minutes finally a person answered I said I wanted to make an appointment with dr. Kaiser then was put on hold AGAIN???????waiting again ten minutes!!!they answered but am now waiting again???this is crazy this waiting period is waiting to talk to a nurse, still waiting the phone nurse is current busy now am transffered to someone now supposedly I am being transfer to a Q nurse???what ever that is NO answer of course!!!!!!it is now 1 hour I have tried to make an
