My first visit was awesome. My last visit, had to wait 1.5 hours before I saw Dr. Carroll. My bloodwork came back in December that I had an infection, did not receive a call regarding the infection and had to wait 3 weeks, January 2021 and experiencing pain before I got anything for it. Too many people are scheduled on Fridays. I like Dr. Carroll as a person, but if you need anything from the office have to wait and wait.
Things would have to improve as it was when I started seeing Dr. Carroll before I would recommend anyone. I have recommended several people before.
I went to pharmacy to get something I had requested. I stopped by office and had to wait a week before it was called in. Then when I picked it up, my order was incomplete and had to go back another day to get it. No one from the office called to assist me with it. This was all “new” for me.

Dr. Carroll is the best doctor I have ever had!! He and his staff are very kind, friendly and very professional. He goes above and beyond each visit I've had so far. He takes great care of me and makes sure all of my issues are addressed before I leave his office. I always have great confidence that I've received the best of care after leaving his office. He cares about the whole person. It feels like visiting a great friend, who happens to be your doctor. I will not go any place else unless it's under his orders. I heavily recommend Dr. Carroll to anyone who is looking for a Great doctor and human being to take care of their healthcare needs.

Dr. Carroll is very friendly and professional. He listens intently and answers all my questions. He also has a great sense of humor. I feel comfortable telling him anything about my body. I am so thankful I found him and would recommend him to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Carroll for years now and I have never had a single bad experience. He’s very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend he and his staff to anyone for anything. FYI, he is now apart of Grandview and practices at their clinic on Doug Baker Blvd.
