Took advantage of my mother, Dr. Marcus knows she’s not equipped to deal with her, but gives my mom this false sense of hope and trust just so she can keep making money at her expense

George must've been a different office than me this is the most efficient office I've been to and I've been to them all. I'm grateful that Dr Marcus and her staff has time for me ,she's a phenomenal doctor.

Unfortunately I always feel rushed ,at first seems very soothing and sincere, very poor communication amongst employees and patients feels like a business and I understand it is, but I'm in business also and my profit is a lot less but my concern for my clients satisfaction is much ,much greater maybe it's me ? But that's how I feel . I'm sorry
