Very professional very informative .. I had to have a procedure and Dr Reid was so kind warm and took excellent care of me.. I have never been treated with such respect, patience and true concern.. I may be having to see him again very early in my immediate disk/nerve problem.. I would certainly be calling him again for help..

Another physician with an undeserved God complex. Very condescending. He took two quick glances at an MRI I brought in, and decided it was irrelevant to my reported issue even though other doctors had said otherwise, and acted like I was faking or stupid or both. When I asked him how he could be so certain from so little data, his response was "I do this every day." Definitely a walking, talking, practicing embodiment of the Dunning Kruger Effect - overconfident and underskilled. Avoid this doc.

Fabulous doctor! He has done a wonderful job of treating me for disc pain and also, the after results of back pain from a severe car accident. He gives personal attention to all my concerns and is a wonderful listener.

I have been trying to schedule surgery for over a week. I have called the office several times without a return phone call. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I don't recommend anyone using him if he can't even return a simple telephone call.

I had my first visit with Dr. Reis. I didn't wait long, they did x-rays very quickly. Dr. Reis was very nice, understanding, and helpful. I will continue to see him for my follow up care!

I felt Dr Reis was very smug, like I was lucky to be in his company. I called his office 3 times to ask that he order the MRI we discussed. Even though the nurse's message said all calls would be return on that business day, no one ever returned a call.

I was struggling for a couple of years with lower back pain. Not only do I still consider myself a patient of his, he feels like family. Bedside manner is terrific and he explains things in a way in which you understand exactly what the treatment is going to be. Recently, I had surgery (discectomy ) at L5/S1 in which he discovered I had part of my disc lodged in my Sciatic nerve. So my pain was never going to go away. Now I am recovering and I feel no pain down my leg anymore.
in Richmond, VA |
HE HAS A GREAT UNDERSTANDING OF DAMAGE TO BACK AND NECK,ALSO SPINE INJURIES VERY EXPLANATIONAL ABOUT DAMAGE AND KINDS OF REPAIR TECHNICS.
