Dr. Abby is fantastic, but unfortunately her nurse practioner and receptionist are horrible. The receptionist is super unfriendly and has personal conversations with friends instead of helping actual patients. In addition to be unhelpful and uncaring, she's not professional. The nurse practioner is super slow about seeing patients (often taking 2+ hours for one visit). Yet when he comes in to see my son he's in and out in 5 minutes. He never has any solutions or suggestions for my concerns.
