Dr.assad has the highest amount of patients in this town that itself prooves he is the best, i have been his patient for last 11 years,if you do not like him you probably did not get what your after. i strongly recomend him with%100 satisfacfation
He spends maybe 5 minutes with you, writes out RX’s of whatever you ask for. (Deadly imo) He just wants your $$$.. cash.. never answers the phone! Always says they didn’t receive fax’s from pharmacy when they did. He will see at least 25 patients during his 3 hrs he’s open. 9-12, then goes to his lake office from 1-5. Always rushing.Clearly a pill mill. He shouldn’t be RX’ing lortab and soma. That’s out of his scope of practice! The positive- if you have questions he will answer them completely.

Doesn't listen to you, doesn't answer questions about medications, cuts you off mid sentence, has no communication skills and I can't wait to find another Dr. This guy is a joke.
Carson City, NV |
Waited over an hour then was rudely rushed when finally seen. He only wanted simple answers to all his questions. When done he didn’t explain anything except that he wanted me to take a pill he was prescribing. I went back to my psychologists who profusely apologized for people like that in his profession and for pushing me to see a psychiatrist. Abdollah Assad thought my psychologists was wrong based on a few questions he asked versus years of talk therapy through my psychologists.
Reno, NV |
Dr. Assad seemed very rushed every time we met. I didn't feel very comfortable asking questions and communication was strained.
in Reno, NV |
Dr. Assad double books patients and over-schedules (6 an hour, as best I can tell). I feel rushed in 10 minutes to say how I am doing. He has never seen me on time. When I mentioned I felt he did not value my time because he has kept me waiting close to 30 minutes each time I come to see him, he had lots of excuses. No willingness to be more accommodating.

I have known Dr.Assad for almost 8 to 9 years him and his wife Sarah. They are great people and caring . Hebtreats you and understand his patients amd their needs. He will spwnd not much timw with you but will follow up with you in a few weeks to see the progress.
in Reno, NV |
He basically runs a cattle call for medication. Double books, spends 5 minutes with you if you're lucky, wait times up to an hour without apology or concern.
Reno, NV |
if you have just a couple of minutes to spend on your recovery he's you guy. Do not expect to spend more than 5 minutes with him, ever.
