My husband has end stage lung disease, and during his work up at Duke for lung transplant they found vocal cord cancer. We live in Atlanta and Dr Roger’s was highly recommended. He deserves that recommendation and more! He and his staff have been amazing in helping us navigate this journey. In our experience with him he is 100% patient motivated and advocates as such. Yes, there are still great docs out there!

I was weirded out by the pressure to get a hearing test. The doctor who referred me thought the problem in my ear could be earwax. When I made the appointment, the receptionist wanted to schedule a hearing test. When I arrived, they immediately wanted to schedule a hearing test. Then the nurse put extreme pressure on me to do a hearing test right then. Each time, I insisted that I have not even seen the doctor yet nor has anyone looked in my ear. Once I saw the doctor, an audiologist interrupted the visit to ask if I was available for the test. At some point, I asked how much this test was (since I have not met my HSA deductible and was curious). The nurse said he would find out but he never got back with me. Clearly, auditory testing is a rainmaker for this practice. I was not complaining of hearing loss, and at no time did the doctor explain to me why this test would be needed. He did remove wax and my problem was solved immediately.

Terrible experience. While Dr. Rogers seemed okay, the office staff there is awful. His assistant would not return my phone calls and they did not follow through with any of the promises they made me about contacting me. The office would leave the "outside of normal business hours" recording on their phone DURING office hours, which made it impossible to actually speak with a human being. I was treated like a "number" there and got the impression that they could care less about me as a person. I would avoid this office at all costs.

Do not go to this Doctor. My first and only visit with Dr Rogers left me feeling alot worse than I did before going. After a nasal endoscopy the left side of my nose is painful, swollen and bleeding. I called the office and have not gotten a response yet.

His follow up are very good. I was suffered with Tonsillitis, sinus and sleep apnea other than this I am suffering from LPR(Acid reflux), he eliminates all the issues one by one quickly. Chronic Tonsilitis/infected adenoids for 1-2 years, 6+ visits. Dr.R kept hinting (without overstepping) that I should get my tonsils/adenoids removed. Finally did it, and it's been the best decision. He took excellent care of me on surgery day, and the procedure went flawlessly. I know I recovered in much less time than most because of his expertise plus the medications I was prescribed. I was very anxious about the surgery, and even the front desk staff was hugging me during my pre-op appt. TY!

Dr. Rogers is excellent in what he does. He has helped me with the chronic sinusitis and Anosmia (no smell) since I had nasal polyps. He was very helpful in treating me with the right medication and office procedure to bring back my smell and breathing. I am very pleased with Dr. Rogers and will continue to be his patient for follow-ups.
