100% satisfying experience. Remarkably, even as a new patient, I was registered, treated and released within 35 minutes. Dr. Pearlman is a gem. He took a thorough history, performed a procedure, addressed all questions and prescribed follow-up medication with comforting and professional ease.

Great doctor. Very easy to talk to.
I have seen Dr. Pearlman a few times for issues that I thought were related to my sinuses. He was very efficient in ruling out sinus problems and his assistant was fantastic at at responding to my questions and concerns on the patient Portal. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room and he always follows up on results promptly. I would highly recommend him. Fantastic physician!
New York, NY |
I found him insulting and condescending. I read my report posted on his hospital patient website which said my deviated septum which he did surgery on to repair, was not corrected and I asked him about it, He blew me off and started saying patients read these report and dont understand them-saying well you can never fully correct a deviated septum and all patients read the reports and think they understand them. I found him very condescending and downright rude, and I still have deviated septum!
in Brooklyn, NY |

in Old Saybrook, CT |
Dr. Pearlman is an outstanding physician. He is intelligent, thoughtful and compassionate. I am so happy that I found him. He's not ready to do surgery as soon as he meets you; he gives you interventions that you can put into place yourself before moving to surgery. I think he is a gifted Dr. and I would recommend him highly.

in Atlanta, GA |
I saw Dr. Pearlman in August 2017 for an issue with my inner ear, which was in pain. He saw me promptly and his exam was thorough. I was astonished at how quickly he diagnosed my condition and was able to treat me in a follow up out patient surgery a week later. The problem was resolved.
I cannot say enough about this man. Dr. Pearlman is excellent. I believe that God worked through him to save my life. A miracle worker. He was patient with me and my family. Answered every question we had without flinching, and treated us with kindness and respect to the very end. He will now be the one caring for my family's ENT needs, for life. Thank you Dr. Pearlman.

Dr. Pearlman takes the time to evaluate you thoroughly and explain everything. He is knowledgeable and thorough. Plus he's personable and friendly. There's a review that said he's condescending, however I don't see that at all! I highly recommend him!
