Biography: <p>Dr. Daniel Barba grew up in Detroit area of Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine, East Lansing, MI in 2007. After completing his internship and residency at the University of Buffalo, NY in 2012 Dr. Barba moved to La Jolla, CA to complete his fellowship at the Scripps Clinic/San Diego Center for Spinal Disorders in 2013.</p> <p>Dr. Barba joined Arch Health Partners in 2013, bringing his philosophy of treating patients as individuals will always foster good outcomes. Dr. Barba became a doctor to have the opportunity to serve his community and found the practice intellectually and emotionally gratifying. He specializes in Spine Surgery and is proficient in medical Spanish.</p> <p>In his free time Dr. Barba enjoys running, soccer, martial arts, traveling and cooking.</p>

Even though Dr. Brummel is a surgeon, he believes strongly, that whenever possible, nonsurgical treatment should be discussed with patients as an option. His focus is to provide excellent medical care with a friendly and compassionate approach.
