Biography: <p>A native of Shreveport, Dr. Noles graduated from Captain Shreve High School in 1991 and from Baylor University in 1995 and returned home for medical school at LSU Health Sciences Center &ndash; Shreveport, earning his medical degree in 1999. Dr. Noles completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas which was, at that time, the largest anesthesia residency program in the United States. While there, he was voted by his peers to the prestigious position of Chief Resident during his final year of residency. Because his father also trained in anesthesiology at UT-Southwestern, Dr. Noles became the first legacy graduate of the program.</p> <p>Dr. Noles practiced anesthesia for eight years at WK Pierremont Health Center with Pierremont Anesthesia Consultants. During this time, his practice was recognized by the community as leaders in bringing innovative postoperative pain treatments to their surgery patients. His interest in chronic pain management was born from his experience treating surgical patients on the Acute Pain Service at WK Pierremont. During his time as an anesthesiologist, he held multiple leadership positions with the Willis-Knighton Medical Staff and also on the Board of Directors of the Shreveport Medical Society.</p> <p>Dr. Noles was awarded a fellowship in Chronic Pain Medicine at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N. C., in 2013 which gave him the opportunity to study at of the top anesthesiology departments in the world. While there he was trained to perform state of the art procedures for unusual and difficult painful conditions. During his time at Duke, he worked at Duke University Medical Center, Duke Cancer Center, and the Durham VA Hospital. He developed a special interest in treating cancer pain as well as treating military veterans with chronic pain syndromes.</p> <p>Both interventional and noninterventional therapies are available from Dr. Noles for conditions, such as low back pain, neck pain, cancer pain, chronic regional pain syndrome (CRPS), facial pain, headaches, phantom limb pain, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, trigeminal neuralgia, whiplash injury, and others. Among the treatments he offers are cervical epidural steroid injection, lumbar epidural steroid injection, adhesiolysis, botox injections for migraine headaches, BOTOX&reg; injections for cervical dystonia, caudal steroid injection, celiac plexus block, continuous catheter nerve blocks, facet injections, ganglion impar block, intrathecal pump implants, kyphoplasty, medial branch blocks, occipital nerve block, peripheral nerve stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, sacroiliac joint injections, selective nerve root block, spinal cord stimulator implants, sphenopalatine ganglion block, stellate ganglion block, superior hypogastric plexus block, and sympathetic block.</p> <p>As a qualified pain specialist, Dr. Noles recognizes that it is important to treat every patient as an individual, understanding that patients do not all respond the same to pain therapies and medication techniques.</p> <p>Dr. Noles and his family reside in Shreveport. Biography: <p>Born in Houston, Texas, Dr. Hirsch and his family moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 2000. Dr. Hirsch graduated from Episcopal High School in Baton Rouge in 2003 and received a B.A. in psychology from Tulane University in 2007. Dr. Hirsch earned his medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport in 2011. Dr. Hirsch returned to New Orleans for his residency in anesthesiology at Tulane Medical Center. During his residency, Dr. Hirsch received a scholarship to Tulane's professional MBA program at the Freeman School of Business. He completed both his residency and Master's in Business Administration in 2015.</p> <p>During his residency, Dr. Hirsch was exposed to chronic pain in many different settings, which helped foster his interest in pain management. During his time in New Orleans, he provided pain management for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Administration, as well as in the Tulane and Ochsner health systems. Dr. Hirsch received an offer to continue his medical training with a fellowship in pain medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch. His fellowship provided more varied learning opportunities and provided Dr. Hirsch with additional tools in treating chronic pain management.</p> <p>Dr. Hirsch believes in a multimodal approach to pain management, specifically interventional and non-interventional treatment modalities. He provides care for conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, headaches, neuropathies, spinal stenosis, sciatica, chronic regional pain syndrome, and phantom limb pain among many others. Biography: <p>Nancy Clearkin Germany, M.D. has been practicing medicine in Shreveport since 1988, after completing an Accelerated M.D. program at LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport. In 2012, she joined RCIPS to assist in the care of our chronic pain patients. She is a member of the American Medical Society and the Shreveport Medical Society, The Louisiana State medical Society, and the American Pain Society. She is the President of the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport Alumni Association. She is married to Terry Eberhardt and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.</p>

Care Philosophy: My primary goal is to provide comprehensive, state of the art care in an environment of comfortable compassion. I am triple board certified in Neurology, Pain Management and Headache Medicine. In order to provide the most effective and safest care, I utilize interventional procedures such as spine and head injections along with nonaddictive medications. To provide complete care for my patients, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, acupuncture, biofeedback, physical therapy, and exercise are encouraged. An important role I play in the care of patients—particularly during the ongoing opioid crisis— is to treat those with both a history of addiction and pain issues. He grew up in New York and is a graduate of the Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. He Completed both his residency and fellowship Training at Harvard Medical School.
